Comprehensive Training and Support

Ballet, pointe, variations, repertoire, pas de deux*
Body conditioning and mindfulness, character dance and contemporary

With small class sizes and dedicated teachers, we provide personalized attention to support your progress. Our faculty provides regular assessments and feedback that keeps you growing and achieving your goals.
Grades 7-9: ~20 hours/week
Grades 10-12: ~22 hours/week
Post-Graduate: ~32 hours/week

6:15am | Wake-up, excited for the day ahead!

6:30am-7:00am | Breakfast at Residence

7:10am-7:20am | Role call and bus leaves for Alberta Ballet School

7:45am | Arrive at school and head to studio
|
8:00am-8:15am | Warm-up

8:15am-11:45am | Dance Block begins. Includes: Ballet, Pointe, Contemporary, Character Dance, Body Conditioning, Variations and Repertoire |
11:50am | Lunch

12:20pm-5:00pm | Academics Block begins. Includes Math, Science, English, French, Music, Social Studies and Health. English as a second language classes are also available for students |
5:30pm | Bus pick up from school and back to residence |
6:00pm-6:30pm | Dinner at Residence |
6:30pm-7:00pm | Clean dinner dishes and complete chores |
7:30pm-9:00pm | Free time, catch up with family, homework, games, stretching or exercises. |
9:00pm-9:30pm | Curfew and quiet time, bed time |
